Award of Garden Merit by the Royal Horticultural Society
A prolific bloomer, and magnificently tropical, this flamboyant canna lily has bright orange blooms, subtly shaded and set against massive dark burgundy foliage. It blooms prolifically from midsummer to fall, but deadheading will encourage even more blooms.
This heat-loving tender perennial does well in southern gardens. Although a single plant can make quite an impression, mass plantings are awe inspiring and attract beaucoup butterflies and hummingbirds.
