Cosmos bipinnatus A charmer in the garden and vase, this gorgeous, pastel-colored variety blooms in a range of bicolors that progress as the flowers age. Opening in an apricot hue with a lilac ring around the center button, the colors change to a creamy yellow around a rosy center.  A shorter-statured cosmos, Apricot Lemonade grows 2-2 ½ feet tall on sturdy, branching stems with feathery foliage.
