A heavy and vigorous pak choi! This beautiful dark green pak choi is tolerant to heat and cold. It grows best in cool weather and can be grown as a spring or fall crop. Best known for its stalks which are used in cooking and is also delicious raw. It has a mild flavor with a hint of mustard.
