Native to Poland and closely related to the beloved Music garlic, Polish Jenn is a striking hardneck known for its large, beautifully formed bulbs and dependable performance. The hefty 3-inch bulbs produce just 4–5 oversized cloves, each wrapped in smooth white skins for easy peeling and excellent kitchen use. Its flavor is rich, deep, and musky with a lingering mellow finish that develops beautifully in cooking while still offering satisfying complexity when raw.
