Cucurbita pepo 100-110 days. A pure white acorn! Such a unique twist on standard acorn squash, Mashed Potatoes has ivory flesh that’s sweet, silky and absolutely delectable. The plants produce compact vines that are incredibly high yielding. We see an average of 8–10, 2 ¾ pound fruit per plant in our trials.
